About Rebecca Hines
I am a municipal lawyer and the founder of Hines Law.
My career has included working in private practice at a leading municipal and land use planning law firm, serving as in-house counsel for a large regional municipality, and establishing a municipal law practice within a boutique workplace law firm. I founded Hines Law to focus exclusively on municipal law, with an emphasis on governance and accountability matters.
I act for municipalities, local boards, council and local board members, and tribunals, providing legal and accountability services grounded in integrity, sound judgment, and practical experience within the municipal sector.
